Late 1940s early 1950s Lionel Corp Stock Certificate. Early and much scarcer variety of Lionel scripophily certificate with boy (more formally dressed) playing with toy train. No name is more synonimous with model trains than Lionel. Founded in 1901 by a German immigrant, Joshua Cowen, Lionel became more than just a big name in toy trains, they are an icon of Americana.
