1935 Kinner Airplane & Motor Corp Stock Certificate. Attractive scripophily document with vignette of high wing monoplane in flight. Kinner Airplane & Motor Corp. was founded in 1919 by W.B. Kinner to produce radial engines and light general and sport aircraft. It declared bankruptcy in 1937. The aircraft portion of the company was sold to Timm Aircraft and engine portion became the new Kinner Motors. The new Kinner produced thousands of engines for trainers during World War II. Certificate is in VF condition with folds and general wear.
