1868 City of Philadelphia Water Loan. Exceptionally attractive early Pennsylvania scripophily document with six stunning vignettes. One shows a seaman, one an industrial worker, three are allegorical, and one shows William Penn and colonists meeting with a group of Indians. This antique bond certificate is in VF condition with folds and triangular cancel cutouts.
