Signed by president Adolph Zang, who dabbled in mining, but made his fortune in the Colorado brewing business. Company originally called the Anaconda Gold Mining Co, headed by David Moffat. It produced over a million dollars of gold by 1900. Company reorganized in 1900 when A. E Carlton added it to his mining empire. VF+ condition with punch cancellation.
